This dish features two stars: natto (納豆) and toumyou (豆苗, pea shoots). We had fun with the name and combined them into one—“nattomyou” (納豆苗)! It blends the rich, earthy flavor of natto with the fresh crunch of pea shoots into a simple, refreshing dish perfect for summer.
The Ingredients

- Pea Shoots
- Tomato
- Natto
- Green Onion
Soy sauce Vinegar Dressing - Soy Sauce
- Rice Wine Vinegar
- Sesame oil
- Chicken stock
Step 1

First Cut the Pea sprouts from the peas !

Next cut the Pea sprouts into thirds and microwave for 1 minute!

Next Add Pea sprouts to bowl then cut tomatoes
Step 3

Before you put the natto in you want to give it a good mixing!

Next add onions
Step 4

Next add a tablespoon of Chicken stock granules

Next add Soy sauce vinegar dressing. It is 1:1:1! 1 tablespoon Soy sauce, 1 table spoon rice wine vinegar, 1 table spoon of sesame oil.

And thats it! Finally mix and your done!

Super refreshing and had a perfect mix of tangy, savory, and umami!!
